To make a return please follow the next three steps carefully.
Step 1:
Fill out Online Return Form completely; ensuring all mandatory fields are filled out.
Step 2:
You are welcome to use the FabFiola's pre-printed return shipping label enclosed in your original package. Please note: The cost of said return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Step 3:
Safely enclose return item(s) in shipping package of your choice. Be sure to include complete Return Authorization Form, as we will not accept any returns without it. Seal your package and affix with provided pre-printed shipping label or shipping label of your choice. Then simply drop your package off at official location of specified carrier.
Note: If using your own shipping label FabFiola strongly recommends using delivery confirmation on your return package, as we will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or late return packages.
All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to FabFiola's website fulfillment center. Customer will be refunded to their original form of purchase.
FINAL NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable. All lost, damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.
*FabFiola's Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between December 1st - December 23rd will be eligible for an extended Return Policy. Return items purchases during this time period must be postmarked by no later than January 2nd of the following calendar year. This excludes all items not applicable for return.
